Guy Gadney is CEO of Charisma.ai, bridging Artificial Intelligence and the Creative and Entertainment industries.

He has led digital strategies and productions for major media organisations around the world, including the BBC, FOX, and Nine Entertainment in Australia, as well as founding three Createch start-ups.

Guy is also Co-Chair of the Metaverse Committee of the VRARA, is on the Board of multi award-winning TechArt company Blast Theory, and a co-founder of The Collaborative AI Consortium, researching the impact of new technologies on the Creative Industries.

With Charisma, Guy is transforming interactive entertainment through the use of advanced technology, producing projects for Warner Bros, NBCUniversal, Sky, the BBC, Oxford University and many others. He has also recently led the adaptation of John Wyndham’s novel The Kraken Wakes into an immersive narrative game powered by Charisma.
