Naveen is a Consulting Manager in ISG’s Strategy Realisation Office capability, which focuses on effective execution and implementation of client’s strategic digital transformations. In his role, he advises ISG clients in the full lifecycle of transformations, starting from the strategy definition, sourcing, portfolio/program structuring and execution management.
He is adept at working with multi-vendor and multi-location teams, bringing structure to complex situations, addressing challenges and steering programmes to deliver on their objectives.
