Lucy has subject matter expertise in the areas of Sourcing Solutions and Data & Analytics.
In the Sourcing Solutions area Lucy has supported multiple clients using the ISG Futuresource Methodology; working with clients to develop a sourcing strategy that meets their strategic objectives, creating and adapting RFP contractual documents to ensure the clients service requirements are met, developing robust Business Cases, running negotiation sessions with Service Providers, and supporting to Contract Signature and through Transition. All to ensure her clients realize the full value of their Sourcing Transaction.
In the Data and Analytics space, Lucy has supported in the delivery of numerous benchmarking engagements and cost assessments, to determine if their IT Services are good value compared to the market.
